Terms of Service

  1. Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use is allowed as long as an additional fee is agreed upon prior to payment.

  2. To account for Chilean taxes, all commissions are subject to a +14% tax fee applied from the total price.

  3. Although it is uncommon, please keep in mind that additional fees may apply if your commission or any aspects of it requires an excessive amount of detail or complexity.

  4. Commissions with a discount applied are limited to a maximum of 5 characters.

  5. Discounts cannot be accumulated and only apply to one commission at a time.

  6. You may distribute or publish your commission without needing to tag or credit me. If you choose to do so, the gesture is appreciated.

  7. I reserve the right to publish and distribute your commission on my social media and portfolio. If you would like to keep your commission private and/or anonymous, please let me know in advance.

  8. For buyers under the age of 18, I will not accept commissions involving NSFW content under any circumstances.

  9. Buyers who are 16 or 17 years old must have verifiable approval from their parents or legal guardians in order to request commissions involving suggestive content. Still, I reserve the right to reject their request if I deem it necessary.

  10. I also reserve the right to reject any commission, regardless of the context, for any reason I deem appropriate.

  11. If for any given reason you feel dissatisfied with your order and wish to request a refund, you will be refunded the difference between the listed price and the amount of work already completed, minus a 10% fee to cover the costs associated with processing the refund. Please keep in mind that your payment provider may apply additional fees beyond those listed here or in the FAQ.

  12. Refunds requested immediately after the initial payment will not be accepted.

  13. Payments and refunds are done either via Ko-fi or PayPal invoice.

  14. Payments are only made at the beginning of the process or, alternatively, through separate payments equivalent to the amount of work to be completed. I will not begin work or provide progress on any stage that has not been paid for in advance.

  15. I commit to completing and delivering your commission within 14 days of receiving payment. If your commission is not delivered within this timeframe and I do not provide prior notification, you may request a full refund from me or your payment provider.

Q: Can I pay part of the commission now and the rest later?A: Of course. For example, if you want to commission a Thigh-Up Full Color character, you may first pay for the sketch, then pay for the line art, and finally pay for the coloring and shading, all in three separate payments.Q: What should I include in my message / email?A: Ideally, you should include a text description of what you want in your commission. Additionally, if you wish, you may include visual references, color palettes, outfits, music, character sheets, anything you consider helpful!Q: What if I’m a minor / teenager and I want to commission NSFW artwork from you?A: Although I will never personally ask you to provide proof of your personal information, commissions involving adult content will not be accepted under any circumstances from individuals under the age of 18.If you are a minor and wish to commission me, I suggest opting for SFW content with the approval and support of your parents or legal guardian. And on a more personal note, I also strongly encourage you to stop engaging with pornographic content.Q: How long will it take for my commission to be completed?Commissioning an artist and receiving an awesome piece just a few hours after making the payment... is one of the best feelings in the world. So my goal is to deliver your commission as soon as possible — or ideally even on the very first day! Personally, I like aiming for that, but of course not every order is the same, nor do they all require the same amount of time and... well, things happen to mortals like us. But don’t worry, I’ll keep you updated frequently so we can reach a satisfying result as quickly as possible, and within a maximum of 14 days.Q: I want to commission you and I need it done by yesterday. Can I skip the queue somehow and have you work on it right now?A: I'll start working on your commission as soon as I'm available. You can reserve a spot on the waiting list by paying in advance.Q: I would like to request a revision to my commission. Do I need to pay extra?A: Normally no, since that is what the feedback process and updates are for. Only in very specific cases will you be asked to pay an additional fee.These cases may include:- A revision that requires a considerably large amount of time and effort to complete.
- Revisions requested repeatedly (starting from 5 times).
- A revision to a process that had already been previously approved (e.g., changes to the sketch during the coloring stage).Q: I have an idea for a commission, but it’s very dirty / difficult. Could you still do it?A: I want to clarify that I reserve the right to reject any commission for any reason I deem appropriate. Whether it exceeds my personal limits regarding explicit content, due to previous bad experiences with a client, because of the difficulty, etc.That being said, if you have an idea and can’t help but wonder about it, feel free to tell me about it. If something happens to go beyond my limits, I’ll simply let you know and we can both move on with our lives, I don’t judge anyone.Q: I’m not satisfied with the result of my commission / I need my money back. Can I request a refund?A: Yes. In these cases, the refunded amount will be equal to the difference between the sale price and the amount of work already completed, minus a 10% fee to cover the costs associated with processing the refund.➡️ Sale Price - Completed Work = Difference ↩️

What exactly do you mean by that?A: By definition, a paraphilia is a sexual deviation. Not all paraphilias are inherently considered disorders, and throughout history many of them have been accepted as a natural part of human behavior. However, it is important to remember that some paraphilias undeniably harm the integrity and well-being of others, and therefore do not align with my personal values.For that reason, there are certain paraphilias that I will not work with under any circumstances, including (but not limited to): Pedophilia, Zoophilia, Ailurophilia, Formicophilia, Coprophilia, Frotteurism, Sadism, Inflation Fetish, Autonepiophilia, and Necrophilia."If a client repeatedly insists on commissioning a sexual deviation that I am not comfortable with, communication will be terminated immediately and there will be no chance for reconsideration, regardless of how many previous works have been purchased."Q: What are the eligibility requirements for the "Offers & Rewards" program?A: The requirements vary depending on the benefit and are listed on its respective page. Other than that, just be respectful and friendly!

Términos del Servicio

  1. Las comisiones son para uso personal. Permito uso comercial siempre y cuando se acuerde una tarifa adicional previa al pago.

  2. Para cubrir los impuestos Chilenos, se aplica un cargo adicional del 14% en concepto de impuestos a todas las comisiones, calculado sobre el precio total.

  3. Aunque es poco común que se dé el caso, por favor ten en cuenta que pueden existir tarifas adicionales si tu comisión o cualquier aspecto de la misma requiere demasiado detalle o complejidad.

  4. Las comisiones con un descuento aplicado solo pueden tener un máximo de 5 personajes.

  5. Los descuentos no son acumulables y solo se aplican una comisión a la vez

  6. Puedes distribuir y publicar tu comisión sin necesidad de etiquetarme o acreditarme. En caso de que decidas hacerlo, se aprecia el gesto.

  7. Me reservo el derecho a publicar y distribuir tu comisión en mis redes sociales y portafolio. _En caso de que quieras mantener tu comisión de manera privada y/o anónima, por favor avísame con antelación.

  8. Para compradores menores de 18 años, no aceptaré bajo ninguna circunstancia pedidos que involucren contenido NSFW.

  9. Compradores que tengan 16 o 17 años deben tener sí o sí respaldo verificable de sus padres o tutores para poder solicitarme comisiones que involucren contenido sugerente y me reservo el derecho a rechazar de igual manera su solicitud en dado caso de que lo vea necesario.

  10. También me reservo el derecho a rechazar cualquier comisión, sin importar el contexto, por el motivo que estime conveniente.

  11. Si por cualquier motivo te sientes insatisfecho con tu pedido y quieres solicitar un reembolso, se te devolverá la diferencia entre el precio listado y la cantidad de trabajo ya realizado; menos un 10% de interés por las tarifas que suponen realizar la devolución de tu dinero. Por favor, ten en cuenta de que tu proveedor de pagos puede realizar cargos adicionales a los listados acá o en el FAQ.

  12. No se aceptarán reembolsos solicitados inmediatamente después del pago inicial.

  13. Los pagos son realizados únicamente a través de Ko-fi y transferencias en PayPal.

  14. El pago debe ser concretado previo al inicio de tu comisión, o alternativamente en pagos separados equivalentes a la cantidad de trabajo a realizar. No realizaré trabajos o avances que no hayan sido previamente pagados.

  15. Me comprometo a completar y entregarte tu pedido de manera definitiva dentro de los 14 días posteriores al pago. En caso de que tu comisión no sea entregada durante ese periodo de tiempo y no haya aviso previo de mi parte, puedes solicitar un reembolso completo de tu pedido a mí o a tu proveedor de pagos.

P: ¿Puedo pagarte una parte de la comisión ahora y otra parte después?R: Claro que sí. En caso de que quieras comisionar un personaje Cabeza a Muslos - Full Color puedes pagarme primero el boceto, luego pagar el line art, y finalmente el color y el sombreado, todo en tres pagos separados.P: ¿Qué debería incluir en mi correo / mensaje?R: Idealmente deberías incluir un texto que describa lo que quieres en tu comisión, además si lo deseas puedes incluir referencias visuales, paletas de color, outfits, música, tablas de personaje, ¡Lo que estimes conveniente!P: ¿Qué pasa si soy un menor de edad / un adolescente y quisiera comprarte una comisión NSFW?R: Aunque personalmente jamás te pediré que respaldes tus datos personales, no se aceptarán bajo ninguna circunstancia comisiones para adultos solicitadas por menores de 18 años.Si eres un menor de edad y quieres comisionarme, te sugiero que optes por contenido SFW con el respaldo de tus padres o de tu tutor. - Revisiones que tomen una cantidad exageradamente grande de tiempo y esfuerzo en realizarse. (ej.: Cambiar todo el fondo, realizar todo desde cero)P: Tengo una idea para una comisión pero es muy cochina / difícil ¿Podrías realizarla de todas formas?R: Aunque me reservo el derecho a aceptar cualquier comisión por el motivo que sea, si tienes una idea y no puedes evitar quedarte con la duda, siempre puedes contarme sobre ella. Si algo me llegase a sobrepasar, solo te lo haré saber y seguiremos con nuestras vidas... yo no juzgo a nadie.P: No me siento satisfecho con el resultado de mi comisión / Necesito mi dinero de vuelta ¿Puedo solicitar un reembolso?R: Sí.
